‘Transformation’ Winners at the EIC National Awards Ceremony
Following news in August that Wozair had been shortlisted as finalists in two award categories at the National EIC Award Ceremony, the energy industry supply chain came together for a night of celebration at the awards dinner in London on 6th October at which Wozair is delighted to have secured the top spot in the Transformation Category.
The Wozair winning entry in the Survive and Thrive report for 2022, describes how the business used their collective efforts to adopt and secure the Fit 4 Nuclear (F4N) accreditation in 2021, and use the programme as a catalyst for change and development of the business.
The F4N programme addressed all aspects of: Strategy & Leadership; Design & Project Management; Process Excellence; People Excellence; Health & Safety, and Quality.
The F4N journey started five years ago and continues, requiring input from all Wozair staff. It has served as a tool to impart wholesale change for the better, enabling Wozair to venture further into renewable energy sector opportunities, adopting the Fit 4 Offshore Renewables (F4OR) programme in the process.
