1939-1945World War IIWorld War II saw Ozonair develop air filters to combat the possible use of poisonous gases. They then went on in the 60’s to manufacture air conditioning equipment under license. |

1986Waterloo Air TechnologyWaterloo Air Technology was established in the UK as part of the Hunter International group of companies. |

2000WozairThe name was abbreviated to Wozair in 2000 and since then the company has expanded quickly into new sectors and across the globe. |

2003-2011Wozair InternationalWozair opened its first international office in Singapore in 2003, followed by Houston in 2006, Dubai in 2007, Brisbane in 2008 and Busan in 2011. On top of this, Wozair Group factories have been opened in Singapore, Malaysia, Houston and South Korea to go with our primary manufacturing base in the UK. |

2016Jet Environmental AcquisitionWozair announced the acquisition of Jet Environmental Systems on 30 June 2016. Jet specialise in temperature control solutions for large volume, open plan industrial, commercial and pharmaceutical buildings. |

2019Veotec AquisitionWozair complete the acquisition of the remaining shares in Veotec Limited and Veotec Group from the original Shareholders, after acquiring a majority shareholding in June 2017. Veotec products are used to protect and extend the life of equipment including diesel and gas turbine engines, HVAC systems in the harshest conditions. |
